This was yet another fantastic book! I thought I was going to have a hard time moving on from the Gray Backs, Ashe Crew & Boarlanders (and I actually re-read them often), but I like how Red Havoc adds new life & sets up for future books. She keeps the same vibe with this new series. The characters are still crazy but have their own unique personalities. Can't wait for next month!In other words, I highly, highly recommend.
Oh, and if you haven't read her first three series, get. Them. Now.
You can then go on & read the rest, but it all starts with the Saw Bears Series, Gray Backs, & Boarlanders. T. S. Joyce is an amazing author!

I loved this book because it describes how we make bad decisions when we are young. It also gives us the opportunity to see how people hurting can heal. Kaylee had been raised in a privileged home and expected to have the same when she went out in the real world. Unfortunately life had other plans for her. She had to grow up fast and learn how to survive. Meeting the wrong man (shifter) he impregnated her and left her high and dry. She forced to go back home to find protection of lion pride for her son. She runs into her ex love from high school her shame makes it nearly impossible to connect. Fate takes hold with a bang. I think it was a great read.
I really don't know how TS does it... With every book she writes, every Crew she creates, she develops characters that you bond with and fall in love with immediately!!! I don't just mean the hotter than Hell shifter men or the strong as diamond women who claim their hearts, but every crew member, every child, every little side character from every book you want as your friend, your lover, your family member ...yours! Anson and Kaylee"s love story is another beautiful redemption love story!!! You are hooked immediately as usual!!!!!
For me this one felt so much like a second chance story with misunderstanding, betrayal and forgiveness. And some shifters added in the mix. Anson and Kaylee were high school sweethearts ripped apart by a secret and betrayal. Wanting to protect her son, Kaylee moves back to her home town not realizing her lost love was living there. Seeing each other, they both feel the connection still there. But is it too late? Will Anson get a second chance to prove his love for his "mate" while keeping the enemy at bay? I have to admit at the beginning I wasn't sure I liked Kaylee but she grew on me as the story developed. Really liked!!!
I have to be honest and admit I did NOT like Kaylee in the beginning. I was feeling a little disappointed because I always love T's main characters. And then---she made me love her! Surprise--NOT!! Lol. Then I was thinking T probably did that on purpose because it suits the story so well. As forgiveness is the theme of the day here. I don't know how she does it. Every single one of her stories is the same about love and people finding family. But each story is unique--full of laughter and angst and sadness and surprises and love. I loved the resolution in this story. You will NOT be disappointed. Loved seeing some of our old friends too!😘
The Second of this series is a great read that's fast and then people from the other crews make an appearance that made me smile. And I know I'm going to reread my favorites. T you show again why we call you Alpha.
Wow Miss Joyce's books never fail to amaze me. I actually thought I might get through this one without crying and it would have been the first but yet that didn't happen lol. I absolutely adored this book just like I do the rest of her books. I am so excited to see if Bentley will get his own story in the future My Hope Is that he will because I can see her mind working and one certain scene in this book which I will not spoil. Do yourself a favor and do not miss out on this book one click it now and settle in for the ride you will not be able to stop in till it's done and then you will still want more.
This is a great addition to the Red Havoc Panthers series. It's a second chance paranormal romance that features Anson Carter, a panther shifter, and Kaylee Cummings, his human high school sweetheart. Anson and Kaylee parted ways after a devastating betrayal and in the decade since they haven't seen or spoken to each other. But that changes when Kaylee returns home for an arranged marriage, and literally runs into Anson when he accidentally turns his truck in front of her car. Their relationship was destroyed in their youth, but the attraction is still there. Kaylee has set herself on a dangerous course, however, and a neighboring lion pride is set on making sure she honors the commitment she made them. Even if she changes her mind.
