Cannes 2012:Are we gonna see Wentworth's Stoker?

There is a big possibility ,according to sources, that we may manage to see Stoker in Cannes festival 2012. Wentworth did a great job with this writing scenario. Let's hope the best for the movie! _____________________________________________________________
"Stoker" (dir. Park Chan-wook)
Cast: Nicole Kidman, Mia Wasikowska, Matthew Goode, Jackie Weaver, Lucas Till, Alden Ehrenreich, Dermot Mulroney
This quasi-Hitchock thriller, marking the Hollywood debut of Park Chan-wook started lensing last fall, and could be done a lot sooner than we think. Korean media reports that the film is "likely to appear" going on to suggest that Park has already received an invtiation. And considering both "Oldboy" and "Thirst" made their way there, we believe it, but as always it will depend on how far along post-production he gets before May arrives.

See more about Stoker here.

Matthew Goode talks about Wentworth and more

Matthew Goode has said that he is expecting big things from Chan-wook Park's upcoming movie Stoker. The drama, which has elements of horror, was written by Prison Break actor Wentworth Miller under the alias Ted Foulke. It is the Oldboy director's first English-language movie and stars Nicole Kidman and Mia Wasikowska.

British actor Goode, who was last week named ambassador for the Jameson Cult Film Club, told Digital Spy that he was impressed by Miller's story and working with Park.
"[Miller] wrote the film under a pseudonym and it was on the Black List, which is the top scripts that haven't been made yet - that was in 2010," he said.

Loft release will be delayed as sources indicate that although the movie production has found a distributor, the movie will probably be out in late 2012.

More specifically :
"Now they're saying: end of the year.
Not a smart move, I think because they're going to be a lot of blockbuster movies in that period.
They have to release it next year in january or february."

It was posted a few days ago, that Wentworth Miller attended the 34th Sundance film festival.Take a look in some reviews of fans who were lucky enough to see him.(Sadly there are no pics)

"This weekend I went to the Sundance Film Festival in Park City with a few girlfriends. We made friends with a group of paparazzi who shared juicy stories and tips with us. A few of the celebrities we saw: Emma Roberts, Peter Jackson (from Dawson's Creek), Lil Jon (Emily even got a picture with him!), Wentworth Miller (so we only saw his backside but that was enough - huge Prison Break fans!) " (Source)

"My friend and I went up strictly to see celebrities. It was great! We found a "hot spot" and got our pictures taken with Kate Bosworth, Jon Heder, Wentworth Miller from Prison Break, Nia Vardalos, Allison Janney. We saw Elizabeth Olsen, Sean Penn, Ice-Cube and a few others I recognized but didn't know their names." (Source)
